Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the funding and grants process under which Non-Profit Organisations (NGOs) can get financial and other support from the corporate sector.
Under the Companies Act, 2013 it is a mandatory provision to provide a contribution of 2 percent of the average net profits of companies CSR is required and applicable according to Sub Section 1 of Section 135 of Companies Act, 2013.

Health Kit (LEK VACHVA, LEK VADHVA, LEK GHADVA)
Vilas Javadekar Developers has a long-standing tradition of working towards the betterment of society and delivering their very best. With the initiative of ‘LEK VACHVA, LEK VADHVA, LEK GHADVA’ (लेक वाचवा, लेक वाढवा, लेक घडवा ) we were able to extend their goodwill to 302 adolescent girls who suffered from health concerns and anaemia by providing them consolidated health kits. This entire activity was possible all thanks to the generous donation of Vilas Javadekar Developers.

Free Vaccination- Reliable (Vaccination for All)
Reliable Pest Control is always keen on contributing to the advancement of society, which emphasises its commitment to ensuring humanity’s safety and wellbeing. On the 40th anniversary of the company, a special ‘YEAR OF GIVING’ campaign was launched. As part of this initiative, Reliable decided to implement numerous initiatives in the spirit of social responsibility. A paucity of financial resources and a lack of access to technology made it impossible for underprivileged sections of society to receive the vaccination at the time because the vaccine was not available in adequate doses in government facilities. To help combat this problem and to speed up the vaccination process, We partnered with Reliable Pest Control to offer free vaccinations to domestic helpers and security guards.

The most effective way to win the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic is vaccination. This step towards achieving the goal of vaccination for everyone was made possible through an ACT Grants free vaccination campaign in association with the Surendra Pathare Foundation. ACT Grants, an reputed organisation, has conducted an effective and noteworthy campaign to provide free vaccination to the economically disadvantaged. Hawkers, Women household workers, security guards, factory workers, and other disadvantaged individuals were provided with free vaccination under this initiative. We Partnered ACT Grants for the ‘VACCINATION FOR EVERYONE’ campaign to implement the vaccination program in Kharadi more efficiently. Approximately 13,400 people have been vaccinated through this program.
